If you have an On Cloud shoes that needs repairs? There is an option to consider that entitles you to a free repair or new pair of footwear. That is to take advantage of the warranty on your On Cloud footwear. 

To file a claim for On Cloud footwear, simply fill up the warranty form on the Company’s site. The Company will review your claim and send you an email with details on how to return your current footwear.

What most customers don’t know, or tend to forget is that all On Cloud footwear comes with a warranty. That is as long as you purchase the footwear from On’s site or an authorized dealer.

The On Cloud warranty covers only defects or damages that can be traced to have occurred during the manufacturing process of the product. That includes defects in workmanship or the materials used in production.

What Is Not Covered In The On Cloud Warranty?

 On the other hand, the On Cloud warranty does not cover the following defects:

. Incorrect fitting, product size, or color.

. Damage or cuts that occur in the normal use of the product.

. A defect caused by unauthorized alteration or repair of the footwear.

. Damage caused by overexposure of the footwear to water or moisture.

. Damage caused by improper use of the product.

Factors That Void On Cloud Warranty?

Some factors can void the policy itself. If any of these factors are in place, your claim will be considered an invalid claim, and the On Company won’t approve it.

. Filing a claim after the approved warranty period which in this case is one year.

. Filing a claim following the wrong method.

. Warranty claim for a product purchased from an unauthorized dealer or retailer.

. Warranty claim filed by someone other than the purchaser without the purchaser’s written authorization to file the claim.

How To File A Warranty Claim For On Cloud Warranty?

The process of filing a claim for an On Cloud shoe is slightly different from the process with similar brands.

Enter your email address and order number. Fill in the other details on the form and submit. The Company will review your claim. This review takes 14 to 20 days.

After that, the Company will send you an email with shipping details to mail the product back. Package the product and ship it to the said address.

What Happens After You File A Warranty Claim For On Cloud Footwear?

After the Company receives your damaged footwear, it will carry out a second check to see if the damage fits into what is covered in the policy. If your claim is approved, the Company will resend a new pair to your address.

If your claim isn’t approved, the Company will contact you and give you the option to either recycle your current pair or ship it back to your address.
