On the other hand, if you purchased the product directly on the Carhartt site, you file your claim directly. To do that, take a picture of the clothing or accessory. Make sure the defect is visible in the picture.
Also, include a picture of the clothing label with the code visible. Then send an email to customercare@carhartt.com. In the email, include the pictures you took of the clothing, with the defect and label. Also, include a written detail of the defect in the email.
You will receive an email from customer support within 24 hours from customer support. The email will include a shipping label and detail of where to return the item.
