Before filing your claim, you need to confirm that the period is within the duration given to file a claim. One quick way to check this is to check the product purchase receipt. The receipt has the purchase date and you can calculate the present date with the date you purchased the product.

After that, you will get an email from the nearest Samsonite Authorized Repair Center near you. Package and ship the product to the center. Remember that you have to pay for the shipping cost.

Another option is to send the product to any Samsonite Branded Company Store in your location. The store will in turn ship the product to an authorized repair center. Remember that you may have to pay a shipping cost of up to $20 if you opt for this option.

What Happens After You File A Claim For Samsonite Product?

After Samsonite receives your product, they will carry out a final assessment to determine if the product has a valid warranty. After Samsonite approves that the warranty claim is valid, it’s at the Company’s discretion to opt to repair or replace the product. You will receive an email on whatever option the Company decides.
