iChaco is known for its high-quality outdoor footwear. To attest to the quality of its footwear, the Chaco brand has attached a warranty on all its products. All Chaco Footwear comes with a lifetime warranty.
This means that there is no limit to when you, as a customer can apply for a warranty claim for your footwear.
The good thing about filing a warranty claim for Chaco footwear is that the process is easy. You don’t have to go through a rigorous process as most brands will want you to do. The process involves filling out a warranty claim form online. Then you ship the product back to the Company.
This post will explain the steps involved in filing a warranty claim for Chaco footwear in detail. At the end of the post, you can confidently file a valid claim and get feedback.
How Chaco Warranty Works
As mentioned, the warranty on Chaco products is the Company’s way of attesting to the quality of the products. In other words, the Company is obliged to repair or replace any of its products that come with a defect that can be traced back to the manufacturer.
The warranty is a lifetime warranty means that there is no time limit to when you can file a warranty. In other words, you can file your warranty claim even five years after you purchased the product.
The only prerequisite is that the claim must be one provided for under the warranty policy. You will understand how that applies to your claim in the later part of this post.
How Long Does The Chaco Warranty Last?
The warranty of Chaco products doesn’t have a time limit. In other words, the Chaco warranty is for the normal lifetime of the footwear. You can file your claim at anything within the active lifetime of the product.
The active lifetime of the product here means as long as the product is still actively usable.
How To Confirm If Chaco Is Still Under Warranty?
The purpose of confirming this is to check if the purchase date to the present date is still within the warranty period. Thankfully, there is no need for this confirmation since all Chaco footwear comes with a lifetime warranty. But it is advisable to file your warranty claim within 30 days from the date you first noticed the said damage.
What Does Chaco Warranty Cover?
