If your claim is valid, the Company will send you a replacement product to your address. If the product is no longer available, you will receive a product similar or more in value to your current product.
Customer support will contact you to pay a shipping fee. The shipping fee is the contact associated with sending a replacement to your address. The fee is 9.96 USD if you are processing your claim in the United States or 10.55 CAD if you are processing your claims from Canada.

What Does Ugly Stik Warranty Cover?
The Ugly Stik warranty covers only damages or defects that occur during the production process. That is an error in materials used in production or workmanship.
