How To File A Warranty For Deka Battery?
Filing a warranty claim for a Deka battery is quite easy. Simply take back the battery to the store where you purchased the battery.
If you are far from the store, call this number 1-800-237-6126 to reach a Warranty Program Administrator. The administrator will ask for your Zip code and provide you with a facility in your area to return your battery. Take your product receipt along with you.
If there is no facility in your location, you can still take the battery to a non-participating facility. Pay for the replacement and contact the administrator to send you an email to send your receipt for a refund.
What Happens After You File A Warranty For Deka Battery?
Once the facility receives your battery, and claim, it will verify the validity of your claim. If everything checks out and your warranty claim is approved, you will receive a free replacement battery.
The replacement will be a similar model to the original battery. If the model is no longer available, you will receive a replacement of a similar kind and quality as the original battery.
Note that after this, the warranty on the replacement battery will be for the remaining period of the warranty on the original battery.
